Robust and Corrosion-Resistant

Made from aluminum-alloy, these turnplates feature a polished stainless steel bearing surface and oversized upper radius plate, delivering unmatched accuracy and durability. Hundreds of smooth-polished, abrasion-resistant Delrin™ balls provide a low coefficient of friction for precise movement under heavy-duty conditions.

Improved Turnplate Design

The design of these turnplates is optimized for stability. By increasing the number of rollers, we ensure more controlled roll-backs, and the turnplates remain stable even when a vehicle is rolled slightly off-center. This guarantees alignment readings are accurate.

Angled Steel Lock Pins

Two thick locking pins secure the turnplate during alignment and parking. The pins are easily engaged, ensuring the turnplate stays in place when rolling tires or performing alignment procedures.

Dual “Popsicle Stick” Gap Stops

Two hard-rubber popsicle sticks fit perfectly between the turnplate and runway, creating a smooth, level surface. This feature makes it easier to load and unload vehicles without disrupting the alignment.

Impressively Lightweight

Despite their larger size, these turnplates are made of durable aluminum, making them lightweight, easy to install, and maintain, all while preserving the quality and performance expected from BendPak.
