Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • Due to the nature of heavy equipment, installed or used products are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or modified lifts
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Custom or special-order products

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
